Green pasta is a vibrant and mouthwatering culinary delight that never fails to capture the attention of food enthusiasts. Made by infusing pasta dough with nutritious ingredients like spinach, kale, or herbs, this pasta variety offers a visually stunning and flavorful experience.

Paired with a variety of creamy sauces, it is so versatile and can be the star of a simple weeknight dinner or an elegant dinner party.

Not only is green pasta a feast for the eyes, but it also provides a nutritious boost with each bite, making it an appealing choice for the health-conscious individual.

And when you add a nutritious fish into the meal, it’s even better!

In salted water cook pasta until al-dente and save half a cup of pasta water.

On olive oil sear the cod fillets for a few minutes on each side, then remove from the pan and set them aside.

To the pan add minced garlic and chopped parsley, and cook for two minutes with stirring. Stir in cooking cream and pasta water, then simmer for a minute or two until the sauce thickens up.

Now grab those cod fillets, crumble them and together with the cooked papardelle toss into the pan and cook for a minute longer over low heat.
