Creamy Basil and Bacon Pasta

Cook the pasta in salted water until almost al-dente and save half a cup of pasta water.

Fry bacon in a non-stick pan for a few minutes, then add cooked tagliatelle and stir on low heat for a few moments.

Mix grated pecorino and chopped basil with pasta water, then it mix into the pasta and cook for a minute longer.
